Several Malware detected

Logs look good.

Only viruses are in system restore which can be easily cleaned afterwards.

How are things running now?

Hi, Shaba!
It's very good news hearing that logs seem fine! The system seems to run fine, however I could not say if it is running better, because I have not noticed any apparent slowdown of it before the cleaning process. The only symptoms I had noticed are the alerts reported by the scanners. Now, I'm getting a Windows Security Alert tray icon with a popup message, which I had disabled. So, what do you suggest I should do to get rid of all the all the alerts reported?
Moreover, I would like to prevent future infections or to notice them promptly and know what to do in consequence... Are there any white pages around by which I could get better informed in regards? What are the best practices to follow?

Go to start -> control panel -> security center

Go to antivirus and click recommendations. Checkmark box "I have an antivirus that I supervise by myself"

Repeat step for firewall.
