Several viruses and malware

You typed the command incorrectly. There is no space between the slash and the u. It's just ComboFix /u

I performed all of the actions suggested. Again, I thank you for your help. I'm still concerned about why it takes so long to load a page (this page to reply to approx 3 minutes to load), but I'll go back and look at your previous suggestions.

Does every webpage you go to take 3+ minutes to load or is it only certain ones? Does this happen with only IE or does it happen with any other browser you use? Have you tried reinstalling IE to see if that helps? You can also try contacting your ISP to see if anything is wrong on their end.

It is pretty much every website. I have never used another browser, nor have I reinstalled IE. Prior to all of this occurring, it took 5-20 seconds per page, so I don't think its the ISP. I suppose I could download and save IE 7, then uninstall, then reinstall IE off my desktop?

Sorry, I meant to say that the CPU usage is pegged at 100% on the Task Manager whenever I try to load a page. It stays that way for the 3+ minutes until the page loads.

I understand that we have moved beyond Malware Support and you may not have the resources to help address this issue. If you do, great. If not, thanks for all.

Thanks.

It's worth a shot.

Looking back over recent logs, it appears the problem does not appear to be malware-related. I'll give you some links to some general troubleshooting forums which can help you with your problem.
