sivk sick sick of tagasaurus - what to do?

Everytime I feel my computer getting slow usually after about 2 hours of being on the net I run a scan and low and behold there it is - tagasaurus. I'm sick of it! How can I get rid of it permanently, that and omniture - can't i immunize against them?
