Smitfraud and others? and now...

Okay, I went to a site and somehow got Smitfraud on my laptop, running Windows 2003 .NET server. I ran hijackthis and was in the middle of trying to fix it and the system froze from all the popups.
Now, when i boot the computer, the OS loads up and i can login, but when the desktop comes up, explorer.exe crashes over and over and i cant open anything without it crashing. Can anyone help me? Does anyone know a fix for this? Please don't respond telling me to reinstall windows or reformat, that is my last resort.
I also have Mandrake Linux and FreeBSD on the computer, so i can access the files on the Windows partition using those. Thanks for any help in advance.
