I am way over my head here...but I'm a quick learner and need help
I down loaded a heap of trouble called Spymaxx. Thanks to a neighbor I installed SB S&D 1.6.0.30 and Kaspersky 7. After many scans I am winning.

I have one that keeps coming back after I hit fix it. Smitfraud-C.CoreService. The info box says to remove it may require to manually close the file handles of the core.cahce.dsk in C:windows\system 32\drivers.

I know where that is ...I just don't know what it means. I see others have posted logs.. I'm not sure how to do that.

My operating system is Windows XP professional. Version 2002 service pack 2. My laptop is a Dell Inspiron 8200. Hope this helps.
