smitfraud-C + other problems!

Hi,
I have been trying to remove spyware/malware from a computer.
Spybot/avg/online bitdefender seems to have deleted alot but i can't delete kernels64.exe and msoffice32.exe from the reg.
Also every time after a reboot spybot finds Smitfraud-c
There seems to be a lot of bad stuff below but i would appreciate some advice before deleting.

Hello

First Please disable SpybotSD TeaTimer, as it may hinder the removal of the infection.
You can enable it after you're clean.
To disable SpybotSD TeaTimer:
Open Spybot and click on Mode and check Advanced Mode
Check yes to next window.
Click on Tools in bottom left hand corner.
Click on System Startup icon.
Uncheck Teatimer box.

Is or was your desktop hijacked ?

Start Hijackthis and place a check next to these items If there.
Close all browser windows and shut down all other programs that show in the taskbar.(even Folders)

All Seems OK now

Here is the updated Hijack this log.

It is not my computer but my brother in law says that he thinks the Desktop was Hijacked. An image appeared on the desktop saying 'computer infected' install spy sheriff. I had already installed spybot and avg before this happened which seemed to stop some of it.

Spybot no longer finds Smitfraud-C

I have completed the above steps.

Everything seems to be back to normal now but we will keep our eyes open for the next few weeks.
