SmitfraudC.CoreService Removal

I cant get rid of it and I dont know how but my computer is being over run with viruses and malware, any help with this one would be greatly appreciated. I dont really know whats going on im just doing my normal searching online and it seems every 5 seconds I have a new virus and pop ups and all forms of malware. Im about ready to reformat this is insane ive never seen anything this bad in all the years I have worked on computers.
