Some kind of scareware wont let me install or run anything!!

I can go on firefox and I downloaded Spybot S&D but this "AV Security Suite" won't let me run task manager or install anything and keeps saying my system is infected with these prompts asking me to buy, its extremely irratating. I don't know what to do....

ALL FIXED!!!! I booted into safe mode and scanned with spybot s&d and other anti-virus/spyware and cleaned everything up.
