We are so lost here, we have some sort of virus and don't know much about computers, all we know is that ctfmon.exe and iexplorer is running about 50 processes each in task manager. The computer is brand new, but keeps exiting out of our windows, or will just not click when we click on something. this computer doesn't have office suite so we apparently shouldn't even have ctfmon, but it says access is denied and "fatal error during installation" we're lost here.

we have spybot, two other virus thingers, some spyware removers and Norton hasn't even identified that we even have a virus. We have no idea what it is called, or if it even is a virus. we deleted ctfmon.exe on hijackthis, but it still shows up in processes in taskmanager. We don't know anything about computers. none of our virus checkers have come up with any viruses... :oops:
 
we downloaded emco and it detected two trojans, but didn't take action... the trojans were named NMC.AGENT.DPF... but now our comuter won't let us do anthing with it, and we don't know how to "take action" ???
