I had to reinstall my software and never had Spy bot until recently and it did not allow the install to complete anyone else have this problem, and can tweak it
 
Unless you are using TeaTimer (the prompts), I really don't think there is any reason that Spybot is interfering or blocking the installation. You can always disable Spybot's Resident Shield (TeaTimer).
