http://russelltexas.com/malware/allclear.htm <<< that is not a program, just suggestions from experts about things that can help prevent malware. It is your computer and eventually you are the one who will make the decisions based on the information you have. I can not do that for you, but I can provide information for your consideration.
I deleted SPYBOT, rebooted, and reloaded
Spybot is a program I have run on all of my computers for years. It is free and it does a good job, but unfortunately, it will not run on every computer. If you wish to install it and you are having trouble doing so, try asking the Spybot S&D experts for help here: http://forums.spybot.info/forumdisplay.php?f=4

Please delete the folder in red which is left from combofix.

The items cannot effect you while in quarantine, please remove all of the programs we downloaded during the cleanup from your computer. You may keep ATF-Cleaner if you wish.

Your HJT log is clean of malware.

Thanks

Thank you for your help. My computer is much faster now, and I did get SPYBOT to work (I love the program, so I didn't want to give up). Just one more quick question and then I'll be out of your hair; for some reason my task bar relocated itself vertically on the left side of my screen, and I can't get it back on the bottom and horizontal. I'm assuming I screwed something up in the process of the repairs. Any ideas how to correct this or what I did wrong in the first place?

Greg

Hi Greg, this is a tricky one and I'll try to explain. The Taskbar apparantly is not locked into place. To explain, what you need to do is hold the mouse on the Taskbar on the left and the best way I can describe is that you pulll or snap it back to the bottom with the mouse. I used to do this a lot a while ago before it dawned on me (duh!) when you right click on the Taskbar, the second choice up is to "Lock the Taskbar"
I don't do it anymore...lol. So, once you pull or snap it back into place, lock it there:bigthumb:
