Spy Bot Immunization problem

Sorry for the bad english but i am bulgarian.
I am with Windows Vista.
When i click on the immunization button appears a message that means that i need administrator rights.
I have only one account witch is with administrator rights.
But it still don`t immunize.
Is it me not doing something rigth or the programm need some fixes.
Please help.
Sorry if there is a similar thread but i just don`t have time to read everything.

Perhaps the following (in English) will help

In Vista you must elevate the administrator rights in order run certain things within Spybot-S&D.

There are several ways to do that:
  • Elevate the administrative rights for a single running:
    • Instead of double clicking (left clicking) to start Spybot, right-click and select "Run as administrator" from the context menu.
  • Permanently elevate.
    • If you are running Spybot from a desktop shortcut for example, right click on the desktop shortcut and select Properties.
    • Then go into Application Compatibility and select "Run As administrator".
