Spybot Anti beacon Error

I've purchased Spybot Anti beacon last week, downloaded version 3.5
but when I start the program, it display error " Access is denied, press ok to ignore.... press abort to kill program...."

Please check and advise how to solve this problem ...... thanks :sad:
