This apps scans the local network for networked cameras. Just join the local WiFi and let it scan. It'll use multiple indicators to identify network devices that are used for recording or streaming.
It's no guarantee that there is no camera that has no Internet connection and records to a memory card, but it'll find the typical cameras the landlord could use to watch a place live.
