spybot blocking an application

Hello Spybot memebers,

I wanted to watch Netflix in a other country so I opened Private Internet Access (PIA) VPN.
But spybot is blocking it, how can I unblock this program from spybot?

"Programming on Netflix varies from region to region because of how TV shows and movies are licensed. Thanks for your reply.
My VPN still needs to work. It does not matter if I want to use it for Netfilx or something else.
I'd really like to know how I can add PIA to the white list so that PIA won't be blocked again by spybot.

Hey Tashi,

I am Using Spybot Home Edition.
I have enabled Internet Protection: Import proxy settings from Internet Explorer.
Is that the right option?

Also Spybot shows a weird message when I open Photoshop CC.
