Spybot Closes When Using Secure Shredder on Temp files

Spybot 1.4 worked fine until 02.07.07. When using the shredder tool to shred temp files, my machine quit responding. I used task manager to close Spybot because it said my machine was not responding, then shut down my computer. (Windows XP Pro SP2) This morning 02.08.07, I tried to use secure shredder on temp files and it closed again without performing the shred. It will shred the cache / cookie files. Help?????????:oops:

Are there big files in your temp folder?
Some users have reported that the Secure Shredder freeze if they shred big files.
They also have told us that if they close the tool with the Taskmanager and then open it again,
some files are shredded and that they could use it normally again after that.
Can you confirm this?

If you like, we would recommend an other tool for deleting sensitive data. The tool "Eraser".

Thanks for your quick reply! Yes the temp file is a large file but I can still shred the cache / cookie files. Secure shredder will close immediately after entering yes on shredding temp items. It's like something got scrambled after I used task manager to close Spybot because it quit responding.
