spybot&D ver. 1.4 and outlook 2003

Since installing 1.4 I experience very slow performance of my Outlook 2003. Passages between messages are terribly slow and navigation among the outlook folders too...I have undone the immunization and the problem disappeared
any suggestions? any fix?

I voted for the simpliest solution: establishing "outlook today" as the default startup page and the problem is gone...
