Spybot doesn't open

When opening spybot on Vista wheter as administrator or not, it opens until the bar is 95% across the screen and then stalls. Any thoughts as to why it doesn't open. Brand new computer, just installed Spybot last night. Ran 1 scan, this is the 1st time trying to open it after the scan.

Are you referring to the loading bar?

Right-click the Spybot-SD icon (desktop) and click "Run as Administer".

Have you attempted to clear your temp. files (system)?
