spybot doesn't work

I've just installed spybot, and I can't run it. When I try to open spybot, an error message appears: C:\Program Files\Spybot - Search & Destroy\SpybotSD is illegal in win32 application.
Can someone help me?

I suggest that you verify the MD5 hash value of the installation program that you downloaded with the expected value (see Note #1). In the case of the new Spybot - Search & Destroy 1.6.2:
  • md5: 54ACBA9CFD7154C02CEACF6310CF3CFA
If that value is correct, try to reinstall. If that value is not correct, re-download the installation program again and recheck the MD5 hash value.

Note #1: To check the MD5 hash value you can use one of these programs (note: The download for MD5 Checker 2.31 is only 23892 bytes, so if you are having problems downloading that may be the best option):

the md5 value is correct and I've tried everything you said, but it still doesn't work. other programs like CCleaner and NOD32 antivirus don't work and the same error message appears...
what should I do?
 
This seems more like a malware infection that disables anti-spyware/virus programs. Follow the instructions below:

Consider posting in the Malware Removal forum and having someone take a look at your system.
