spybot error

I tried to install spybot 1.60 on my machine that has windows vista version 1, 64 bit and it installed somewhat but gave me the following error message:

Unable to execute file c:\ProgramFiles(86x)\SpybotSearch & Destroy\SDWINSEC.exe

Create Process failed Code 740

The requested operation requires elevation.

Then I tried to do a registry backup and the program stopped responding altogether. I also have MacAfee Security Program on the machine.

Does anyone know what the above error means and how I can get the program to work on my machine?

Right-click on the Spybot installer file (spybotsd160.exe) and click "Run as Administer". The installation should continue with no problems.
