Spybot for Dummies? How to Multiuser

How do I get Spybot to start for all users on my computer? I especially want Teatimer running for the restricted users. I read about silent mode but didn't understand and was chicken to trial and error. Please help.:red:
 
TeaTimer's startup entry is stored in the HKEY_CURRENT_USER registry hive as opposed to the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE hive so it will not start for a user unless activated on a per user basis. For each user account that you want TeaTimer to run under:
  • Go into Spybot > Mode > Advanced Mode > Tools > Resident.
  • Check the following:
    • Resident "TeaTimer" (Protection of over-all system settings) Active.
