Spybot hosts

Hello fellow members.I am new to this forum and would like to know a thing or two about Spybot.I want to install Spybot but dont want to use its hosts file as i have a hosts file already in place(MVPS).Can i do a custom install or custom immunization?Thanks and looking forward for answers.
 
You should be able to do a custom immunization. In the Immunization window, scroll all the way to the bottom and uncheck Hosts before you click the Immunize button.
