Spybot not scanning correctly?

Just recently i noticed that spybot is only searching a few files and takes less time to do a scan than it did a before. It used to search over 2000 things now its only like 32. Was this an update to speed up searches or do i have to adjust some settings somewhere?
 
Go into Spybot > Mode > Advanced mode > Settings > File Sets. Make sure that everything is checked except the Usage Tracking items at the bottom of the list.

The scan count after the 2007-05-23 and 2007-05-24 updates should be 65851 without usage tracks.
