Spybot picking out registry key viruses which, when fixed, reappear on reboot

Hi all

So I've got some viruses which, when fixed, reappear on spybot following the restart of my computer. Would anyone be able to help me with this? No idea what to do! I've attached a screenshot below:

Good news.Everything that appears in your screenshot is either browser related(which is just cache,history,etc.),and the rest are just in the tracks category,which are not viruses.

What version of Spybot do you have,and what is your operating system?
