Spybot Resident Affecting My Yahoo

With "pages silently blocked" in Resident IE, certain MY Yahoo features don't work...can't use mouse to drag modules...can't roll over headline for a preview window...don't see ads (get a box that says "IE cannot display"...this only happens on yahoo sites, not any other site I can find so far). When I let Resident allow two entries related to ad.yield manager.com, I get the features back and the ads sometimes work, sometimes don't (again the ad problem seems to only affect yahoo sites).

Is yahoo sending me to bad URLs? Are those really dangerous and need to be blocked? Is this a yahoo bug? What do I do?

Yes, Yahoo's ads can be dangerous. See the following article:

Thanks...but what do I do now? Why do we need to block all Yahoo ads? Why can't we just block the trojans? Why does that affect the other features?
