The nightly scheduled run of Spybot ends and the little box with the results sits on top of my screen saver. Why?

The only command line parms used are the default parms, autocheck and autofix.

Now it won't run at all
At first it wouldn't run at all - even with no command line parms. But I entered my password and it worked without entering the additional parms. I don't know why I had to enter my password this time. The old schedule entry was done under an old version of SpyBot. And I upgraded to the newest version. So maybe when I changed the parms the new version required the password which before that it hadn't required. Whatever, it's now working and the little box doesn't appear to sit on top of the screen saver. Thanks!

Spybot uses the OS scheduler and by default XP requires a password to schedule.
