Spybot S&D Ignore Products?

I noticed that my S&D 1.4 Ignore Products list contains the following items with a checkmark:

PUPS.sbi
CDilla
SideStep

Revision.sbi
CDilla

1. Is this appropriate or should I uncheck them?
2. What are the PUPS.sbi and Revision.sbi categories?

Yes,it's normal for those entries to be pre-checked in the ignore products list.
