Spybot scans taking hours and hours ??

What use to take 20 -30 minutes in now taking 5, 6 or more hours to complete a Spybot scan on all three of our computers. Your thoughts?

What version of Spybot-Search&Destroy are you running? The current one is 1.6.0.30.

Are there any other programs running during a scan? Have you cleared your cache, cookies, temp. files from your browsers and your system?

Im having exactlt the same issue.

So its maleware is it?

Micky, it doesn't have to be malware. Have you tested teh latest beta of Spybot-SD?
