SpyBot shuts down with access violation message

When I run SpyBot, it detects 122 webwatchers. When I try to remove, it asks me about each registry change and then eventually becomes non-responsive with the following message "Access violation at address 74E50CC2. Read of address 74E50CC2" Then says it is out of resources.

Ad-Aware does not detect any problem.

However, for some reason, some of my system information has been changed to the German language.

Hello,

Which version of Spybot-S&D are you running?
Do you have the latest updates installed?
Did you close all other application while scanning with Spybot?

I am using 1.5 and no I did not close out of every application. I will run again after closing apps and see what happens.
