Spybot starts but won't open

Sorry if this has already been covered, but here goes.
I know that I have been infected with several Trojans and malware, Vundo and Spywareguard2008 being at least two of them.
As of discovering these issues, I can no longer run spybot (I also upgraded to the latest version and in stalled ok)
or malwarebytes, or any other spyware removal tool . They install but noe of them open.
Also my windows update has been disabled and I cannot re-enable as that choice has been hidden or removed.
I also cannot run windows malicious software tool as my internet connection is blocked form accessing any site that dewals with malware removal (I'm on a different computer now)
Spybot won't run in safe mode either.
The only one that will run is HJT and it shows several dll's which I keep removing.
Any ideas?
I am about ready to wipe my HDD and start over.

Consider posting in the Malware Removal forum and having someone take a look at your system.

If you decide to have an experienced malware removal specialist assist you, please follow the procedure in this link to run scans and produce a HijackThis log:

• "BEFORE you POST"(READ this Procedure BEFORE Requesting Assistance).

After you have completed the required scans, start your own thread in the Malware Removal forum, making sure to post the HijackThis log produced from the above instructions.
