spybot startup questions

Hi all I'm wondering if you can answer this for me plz. On spybot startup it asks if it can remove some temp files (115) and when I click yes it says that they are being used which I thought was odd. Also with the immunize feature, the blocks jumped from 64k to 84k and added an admin listing along with the address of my computer and the default. I recently went into safe mode as the admin. Is that why the new new list was created? I know it's petty but it would ease my mind a little. Thanks.

What Operating System are you running at the moment?
And about the temp. files, if they are in use, you'll have to clear them manually.

Run(it does not install)>Select All>Empty.

I'm running xp home edition sp3. I tried all the manual ways didn't try the cleaner ...yet. thanks for the response.
