Spybot UPDATE and SAFER-NETWORKING.ORG

Hello, For the past week I have not been able to get on the safer-networking site OR update spybot.
What is going on?
I have looking on this forum and I can't find any discussion about it.

Also I see there are updates posted on these forums for download, how do I go about using that?

Have you been dealing with any "malware" or "spyware" problems? Any symptoms perhaps?

Are you having trouble visiting the site?

If you have Spybot installed can you update the program definitions?

No I cannot. It seems that any safer-networking address does not work, and yea thats what I meant before was I can't update spybots definitions using its update function..it was it couldn't find the server or something.
Hmm..I also have the program malwarebytes which also cannot contact its server for updating..
Lately when using chrome I would click a legitimate link to a website and it would take me to this one other site. I just installed and scanned AVG and it found 5 things.
