Spybot Update not working correctly

Hello Team,

as you can see into the attached Screenshot:



the updater of Spybot is telling me, the last Update would have been 4 days back, but both, the Spyware and the AV-Updates are current (u can see too, both are green)
So also the Updater log:

see post 2 for the log (log was too long to beincluded into 1st post)

so why the updater is telling the last Updates are 4 days back?

I logged a ticket and was told to try downloading the updates list manually (did this today) and it reset it.

I just *hope* it keeps working.

I'm on Win7 64bit.

Here was the instructions I followed that fixed it:

If this does not help please try to download the manual updates which can be found here:

http://www.safer-networking.org/updates/files/spybotsd_includes.exe

Make sure you store them in the Spybot program folder:

Windows XP: C:\Program Files\Spybot - Search & Destroy 2

Windows Vista or Windows 7 or Windows 8: C:\Programs(x86)\Spybot - Search & Destroy 2

If this still does not work please send us your update log.

New reply to Tech ticket I just sent:

Well the download of the manual includes file fixed this temporarily.

It does the same thing the very next day (today) - says that there are no updates available.

I had to grab the manual includes file again and then the update THEN said there are updates available & updated.

I have completely uninstalled and reinstalled Spybot.

This just started happening last month.

I sent the Spybot log previously, but here it is again.

Please advise of issue solution, and others are having this problem in forums and have not been responded too.
