Spybot with Vista

Hi all, noob here. I have Windows Vista running and I am under the admin account. When I go to IMMUNIZE, it gives me an error message that this should be done under admin rights, which I am. Any thoughts? Thanks!
 
this is an easy fix

simply right click the spybot icon before clciking it, and choose run as administrator. Vista needs you to right click that before the program has full admin rights. Also, to make it permanently run as admin, right Click the Desktop Shortcut and go to: Properties => Application Compatibility => "Run As Administrator"
