Spyware and pop ups problems!

Hi, My PC is running really slow. I have and XP operating system and have ran Spybot 1.4 and AVG along with Ewido and nothing seems to rid this pest. When trying to access a secured site a page pops up with many links to different websites freezing the system till it fully loads. Please help!
