spyware-secure.com, XEgaaotagt.exe?

Hi there,

For weeks now, my PC has been getting pop-ups from spyware-secure.com. We've been closing the windows and ignoring it until it's become a huge nuisance. I searched the web for some sort of resolution, but have always arrived at, "scan your system." Nothing was picked up and under the recommendation of a post found on a French website, I downloaded AVG Anti-Root kit, ran a scan and found a program I didn't recognize and had it removed.

So far, no spyware-secure pop-ups, however, whenever I open my web browser, I'm prompted by McAfee that a program is trying to access the internet:

Program: XEgaaotagt.exe
location: C:\XEndows\XEstem32\XEgaaotagt.exe

I have the option on to view all hidden files and subfolders in my system and can't find the directory location.

So my question is, is this spyware-secure? And how do I get rid of the program if I can't find the physical root?

Any thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks :)
