Spyware-Secure in CDRom and do not find the infected program

Hello

While I 'm scanning the CDRom with Spybot, unrar.dll is infected by Spyware-Secure .
The problem is I didn't see the unrar.dll , so i don't know which folder is infected .

So, I tried to scan the individual folders. But i'm afraid, it's hidden .

How can I do it? This CD is important for me.

Still want to know my problem



I admit that i'm posting my request without searching. I forgot about that & my post must be in "Malware Removal" session , right ?

I want to know the answer of "how to remove or know which folders/files got that infected by that virus " ?
