ST6UNST.EXE is a Spyware ?

Hi, I used spybot and the software found that the file C:\WINDOWS\ST6UNST.EXE as a spyware.
I checked the characteristics of this file and found that he Visual Basic Setup Toolkit Uninstaller a part of Microsoft® Visual Basic for Windows.
Does it a false positive?
What are you suggest to do? to exclude this detecion from further searches?

Please tell us your Spybot version, your last detection update and under which product name this file gets flagged.

The last detection update 2005-12-09. the file get flagged as Spyware installer.
