Start up problem

OK I think that this might just be some bug/error with the browser.

I'd recommend that you visit Windows Update and install all available updates including the latest version of Internet Explorer (7). This could help.

Hi again,
I have carried out your instructions as advised. It is ok when i go though Internet Explorer but when i use AOL it is still asking me to run a program (the bug)!!

Okay hmm are you using the latest version of AOL software?
I think that it would be best to contact AOL's support about this issue...they can propably help you with this.
