Start up tools
I don't see a clear list of what is in start up and the status of each entry like version 1.6 had.
Help has an entry: Disable/Delete Confirmation.
Where is that function?

You see the disable/delete confirmation after you have clicked an item in the startup list and either selected Toggle or delete. :)
