Still need help

Hi,

There just tracking cookies, if you set your IE security to high to avoid them there may be some sites you will not be able to access, so just run Spybot and remove them once a week or so.

Post in the Spybot Forum, there experts on that program and can help you configure it correctly and help you with any problems with it that you may have.
