strange error

eveything is ok when searching for udates, but when i try to download even
1 single file this is what i get:-cannot open AVI .i'm confused ,dont know what to do enymore.i cant download update becouse ss&d tell's me cannot open "........." AVI .pls help i'm going crazy .
