Strong Signal Ads

I have started having a popup that is very intrusive. It says in small print on side of the popup that it is Strong Signal Ads. I have tried using Spybot to remove it several times with no success. I found that in control panel there was a program there from Strong Signal that I removed, but after rebooting it still was there. Help!

In case you missed it please see the FAQ which also includes guidelines for this forum and instructions in post #2 on how to provide the logs from Farbar Recovery Scan Tool and aswMBR, which are the logs used in the preliminary analysis.

Then start a new topic providing the logs as shown in that sticky and a volunteer analyst will advise when available.
