I have a very slow computer that used to run really well.

So that is likely the most important reason for slowness.

Doubling RAM should make wonders.

I was just wondering I have a lot of extra stuff in my HJT log, can some of that be deleted.

No, you don't have a lot stuff there, most of them are needed that computer works properly
