No i didnt help, i looked into it further and got an error #, looked it up, but if you notice under 'applicable operating system' it says 'windows server 2003', should i follow the directions? this was what i got:

Problem description
When downloading software updates you may receive error 0x8007F0DA "Unable to verify the integrity of update.inf file." This may be due to a corruption within the Security database or because the Cryptographic service is not running properly on the system.

Windows Server 2003
Resolutions
1. Rename the folder CatRoot2.
Open Windows Explorer, type "%Windir%\System32" (without quotation marks) in the Address box, then press Enter.
In the System32 folder that opens, find the sub-folder named CatRoot2, right-click it and then select Rename.
Type "BadCatroot2" (without the quotation marks) then press Enter to rename the folder to BadCatroot2.
Quit Windows Explorer. Restart the computer and test the issue again.
