svchost exe old ALLOW or DENY? (

hi i removed the defender and others. i have malwarebytes and iobit malware fighter they sight the svchost in c:windows as virus. they couldnt remove it it keep come back after reboot.

i install spybot and i scan it and found it. i click remove those infected

i got pop up say
system start up global entry

C:\windows\svchost_exe_old

Should i allow or deny this. ? should i deny this? because svchost suppose to be in window32. this svchost in the c:\windows. this should be virus right?
im afraid to mess up my computer so i want to know which i should click on deny or allow ?
