help, when clicking on "system internals" the progress bar starts and goes 4 bars then freezes up. only way to exit is to close spy bot program. how can i correct this?

I was using the latest version of SB S&D, and followed the uninstall and re-install as SB team recommended. However, the situation continued to Persis, so I deleted SB and am now using MS windows defender, until the problem can be figured out. Thanks for the reply.
