System Security Online

I am not sure if I am posting this in the correct location, so you can see that I am a novice. In the past few hours, System Security Online has attached itself to my computer. I can not find any files that seem to be related to this vendor, but the application keeps running. I believe that some of its many faces like like Microsoft and Spybot display nest.

What can or should I do?

From the limited information you have provided, there is no way I can know if I can help or not. If you will take the time to read and follow the directions and start me with a HJT log, I will see what I can do. Please mention any obvious symptoms you are seeing.
