teatimer causing shutdown of IE7

"Teatimer 1.5.06 system settings protector has encountered a problem and must close" is the message. I love Spybot do you have a fix for me? thank you. I am also running windows live one care. help!

what version of windows are you using, Organicman? also what are the specs of your computer (amount of RAM, processor type and speed, etc.)
