TeslaPlus has me in a quandry

I was hijacked by something which took over my desktop. A message appeared about dangerous spyware etc with a link to click which led me to Teslaplus.com.

I followed instructions that I was lucky enough to find here. I ran Smitfraud,Hijackthis,Ewido and Spybot of course.

The message and links no longer appear but the wallaper is plain white (it does briefly show the correct background on boot).

I run Spybot and it says I am clean.
Can anyone help and should I post my highjackthis log?

Manualy change your wallpaper via the control panel > display settings

How did that go ?

I would like to see a current hijackthis log
